About

Interactive Designer, Front-end Developer, Entrepreneur

I earned my BFA in Graphic Design from Colby-Sawyer College and completed three internships and numerous freelance projects during that time. Following graduation, I moved to the seacoast and started working full-time as a Web Designer and eventually as Creative Director. Fueled by a self-sufficient nature and exceptional work ethic, I currently work independently through Build Interactive and specialize in design, front-end development, and web consulting.

I created my first website in 2004 and the web has been my passion ever since. I find great satisfaction in building something from nothing, whether it is a work of art, well fabricated writing, or cleanly coded website. I enjoy the creative challenges and problem solving that web design offers and strive to learn something new everyday. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure and experience of working with multiple companies and countless projects, both large and small.

Growing up, I was involved with hobbies such as classic car and truck restoration, hiking and camping, non-fiction writing, and thirteen years of baseball. I’ve always been interested in technology, the outdoors, and anything with an engine.

I worked with our family business on multiple housing developments as well as the mechanics and operation of heavy machinery. As far as I know, we were the only neighborhood residents who plowed their driveway with an LMC Snow Cat.

When not spending time with family, I am pursuing a long list of life goals including starting continuing my own business, publishing a book, and running in the Baja 1000.
