Anyone currently hosting through DreamHost? After a recent bad experience with LunarPages not being able to identify a PHP related problem on their servers, I’ve been host shopping for a backup plan. DreamHost seems the likely choice for my needs but I’m curious about their “Web Panel” that is used for controlling all aspects of your account. Unfortunately, there isn’t an online demo or even screenshots. Any input or advice on their service is welcome.

I highly recommend dreamhost! Their web panel is very straight forward and easy to use. There are a few hang ups when installing some scripts, but there are usually detailed walk throughs for dream host.
I would also consider http://www.eleven2.com

Thanks Alana. I did come across that discussion earlier this morning and piped in with my two cents. Lots of helpful info in the comments, which has swayed me toward Media Temple’s Grid-Service. It’ll be interesting to see what Khoi chooses.
