Keep an eye on Amazon. According to CrunchGear, they may be putting the Xbox 360 bundle on sale for $100 in the next week or so as a promotional move for the holiday season.
I saw that $100 buck xbox deal and I want one! Unfortunately they are only selling 1,000 at that price and people have to choose it as a deal over a $10 barbie, $39 dollar bike, and some premium amazon access thing. If there is one reason I want an X360, that game is it.
For future reference. I guess those who were smart enough and used httpS://www.amazon.com were able to get the Xbox’s. Note the S in the url, denoting secure. Those servers were in a separate datacenter, with different routing and all that, so people were still able to connect.
Ya know, just incase you want something else. Like maybe a portable DVD player for $25.
I hear the game is just as good. Although not having the system it is on, I wouldn’t know yet.

Wow, $100? Is that even legal? My family has a 360, but not being at home any more, I cannot play it. I’ve enjoyed it so far.
I saw the trailer to Gears of War before “Borat.” It was amazing on the big screen.

PS: If you still want to nab one, sign on to Amazon at 2pm on Thanksgiving day. Make sure you have 1click ordering on!

This sale crashed Amazon, it was down for a good 5-10 minutes. All sold out somehow but most people were unable to access the site, including me.

Same here, browser stalled on me. I turned the images off about ten minutes before the sale but still no luck. Oh well, fun to try
